LAM’s Christmas present to its team: a cooking experience challenge!

For Christmas 2019, LAM has designed a different gift for its collaborators: a team building experience, dedicated to both personal and group growth.

The idea was born from the desire to test our team in an engaging and fun activity, which made each individual understand the importance and value that each of them has within the Company, together with all the other team members.

So took them without their knowledge to Studio Food 33, a cooking laboratory. Divided into four groups, the teams challenged each other in a cooking competition, where teamwork, collaboration and organization are the keys for the success of the result, just as happens every day in LAM with mechanical precision machining .

With the help of Studio Food 33 chef Fabio Lepiani, the teams completed their work with determination and team spirit, also demonstrating that they are a unique and successful team in the kitchen.
